We decided to start this blog because we have personally experienced the benefits of mindfulness and we want to share what we have learned with others. We believe that mindfulness is a valuable tool that can help people navigate the often-stressful world we live in.


To get started on your own mindful journey, we recommend finding a quiet place to sit or lie down, and focusing on your breath. Notice the sensation of the breath as it enters and leaves your body. If your mind starts to wander, simply notice that it has wandered, and gently bring your attention back to your breath.


You can start with just a few minutes of mindfulness practice each day, and gradually increase the amount of time as you become more comfortable. You can also try incorporating mindfulness into your daily activities, such as taking a mindful walk, or paying attention to the sensations in your body as you eat.


We hope that you will join us on this journey and that you will find the benefits of mindfulness to be as valuable as we have. Remember to be kind to yourself and to not judge your practice. Mindfulness is a process and it takes time and practice to develop.
